I understand that neither the United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta or
UPS is responsible in any way for the loss or damage to any vehicle or injury to
my person or any person in my party. No alcohol or pets allowed on
premises.
Advertising
Release
In consideration of this entry,
Participant, spouse and guests agree to permit United Parcel Service and the
United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta the use of their names and pictures, and
pictures of their cars for publicity, advertising and commercial purposes
(Including newspaper, magazine, radio, television and video tape) before, during
and after the event, and give permission to publish or otherwise dispose of said
photographs to UPS and the United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta.
Hold Harmless Release
By signing below, Participant agrees to indemnify the
United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta and United Parcel Service (Including without
limitation United Parcel Service, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and each of its
successors, subsidiaries and affiliates, and its agents, directors,
shareholders, servants and employees of any of the foregoing(, from and against
any injury, ilness, property damage, or loss of any
nature suffered or sustained by the Participant, which is, in any way associated
with or related to Participant's presence on the Property, participation in the
event and travel to and from the event. Participant does hereby, for themselves,
their heirs, administrators or executors, forever WAIVE, RELEASE and DISCHARGE
any and all rights and claims for any expenses, damages, or other losses that
Participant may have or that may hereinafter accrue against the United Way of
Metropolitan Atlanta and UPS harmless as a result of any claims or damages
arising from Participant's presence on the Property or participation in the
event, regardless of the nature or extent of the injuries, illness, or damage,
except for the sole negligence of UPS. Participant further agrees to abide by
all event rules and regulations.
